Websites and Blogs Change Layout to Remember the victims

THECOOLJEW ORIGINAL: In Response to The terrorist attack on the Chabad house in Mumbai many Chabad website have decided to change their layout, designs and colors to remember and honor the victims. The formost and first Chabad website Shamis.com, run by Rabbi Levi Hadakov (who is also a shliach in Florida), changes the background color of his site for the first time since June of 2005, when it was changed from Blue to Orange to support Gush Katif. Viewers will now see a dark black. Also Famous website Chabad.info has changed the header to a black and white instead of color. Crown Height news center, CrwonHeights.info has attached a memorial candle to the top of his site. Chabad Telethon Head, Chabad of California changed completley took down their website and replaced with an opportunity to help the vicitms with donations. Blogs have also joined this trend with famous Music Blog LifeofRubin.com, headed by Lubavitcher Chaim Rubin, has changed the header on his site from its normal black and white picture of Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn to a soft spoken candle. Additionally many blogs such as TheCoolJew.com have opted to put up a Picture of the Holtbergs HY”D in honor of their Kiddush Hashem.
