A time for prayer (page from sefer in full article)
In the Sefer Bris Menuchos, as well as the Ramban, is states that the seventh year after the Yovel, in the ninth month and in the ninth hour is a special "Eis Ratzon" a specially conducive time for prayer. This hour works out to be this Thursday at 1 - 2 PM. All anash are requested to take advantage of this time to pray for the complete redemption, and the ultimate revelation of the moshiach.
