Raw Video: Man Rides Down Highway in Wheelchair

Motorists in Interstate 95 in Conn. Got to see a strange sight Thursday as a man in an electric wheelchair buzzed down the highway. He was not issued a ticket, but police do say it is illegal. (Jan. 7)
