This was shot a few months ago but was not released to the public in
fear that questioning the 8th circuit judges ability to be fair and
unbiased would offend them and affect the ruling. We now know the answer
to the second half of the question. To bad it was raised then... WE
WILL KEEP FIGHTING... WE WILL WIN...
